I just got my car detailed. I was able to text Rich as I had some questions. He responded within a reasonable amount of time. I had originally made an appointment to do just an Exterior Detailing. I only noticed later that there was a special running for a Full Detail. I asked him if it was possible for me to upgrade to the Full Detail package special. He said it would be possible. There was clear communications about costs and any surcharges (pet hair and/or very dirty vehicles). I really appreciated this as I didn't want to be caught without enough cash.

Rich arrived a little early (better early than late in my opinion) and we did a walk through of my vehicle. He is friendly and professional. Explained everything to me. I have WeatherTech mats, and he informed me that cleaning those were included in the Full Detail package.

He finished within the 3 hour estimate. My car looks brand new inside and out. I'll be recommending to my family and friends.

Addendum: I got gas later and noticed that Rich even cleaned the interior gas cap area too. That's really great attention to detail.
